Artiam Solutions was founded by Shan Maitra in 2015 on the principle to benefit commercial property owners by lowering their operating expenses via reduced energy consumption with little involvement on their part. His experience consists of fifteen plus years in energy efficiency and sustainability. He has been a LEED AP since 2009. He is also currently President and Principal of Fiberlite Technologies, Inc (FTI) which manufactures cellulose insulation. In 2014, he graduated from the Executive MBA program from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business. Prior to joining Fiberlite, he completed his doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
